Brydg shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of such influencers and it is the responsibility of Brydg and the burrower to satisfy each other that Brydg's services are suitable for the burrowers needs and that the burrower meets Brydg's underwriting criteria.

Brydg Capital Limit operates a zero-tolerance policy to bribery and corruption. Employees or any persons or companies acting for it or on its behalf who are found to be in breach of the anti-bribery policy will be treated as grounds for disciplinary action, which may result in a finding of gross misconduct and immediate dismissal. If you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect or identify fraud, we will record this and details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies. Law enforcement agencies may access and use this information as permitted by law.

On what basis do we process personal data?

We process personal data which is necessary for the purpose of the performance of a contract we have in place with you.

We process personal data where we have a lawful basis, such as compliance with the UK Money Laundering Regulations.

We process personal data where we have obtained your consent to do so.

In limited circumstances we may process special category data, this is typically in compliance with Financial Conduct Authority senior managers recruitment procedures. Brydg and Lenders may use previous applications to assess applications they receive from you in the future.

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: When we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes. Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties beyond the Network for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so.

Third Party Product Providers we work in association with: We work closely with various third-party product providers to bring you a range of quality and reliable products and services designed to meet the needs of the lending market. When you enquire about or purchase one or more of these products, the relevant third-party product provider will use your details to provide you with information and carry out their obligations arising from any contracts you have entered into with them.
