We want to do the best we can and know the only way we can do that is by hearing from you guys, the people who use our platform.

We always have open ears so please let us know what you think about here. We want to hear it all – the good, the bad and the ugly so please don’t be shy!

Formal Complaint

If you would like to make a formal complaint we will investigate this fully and support you with this every step of the way. You can get in touch with us by email, phone or post.

We will try to resolve your complaint the first time you contact us. If we cannot do this we will let you know who will look into this for you and we will keep you updated about the progress of any further investigations.

Should we feel another organisation may be responsible or better able to assist; we will let you know that we would like to forward the information to them before doing so.

If we are unable to resolve the matter within 8 weeks, we will let you know what has happened and why it has taken so long. Should this happen, you have the right to refer the case to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You also have the right to do this if you are unhappy with the way we handle your investigation.
